As a Regional Coordinator Trainee in the Tour Director Department, your responsibilities will be varied
throughout the season. You will support the Paris Regional office staff to achieve their goals of providing
high-quality travel experiences for American and Canadian customers who travel the world with us.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Handling airport transfer bookings and managing the Transfer Tour Directors.
• Assisting the team with daily issues and emergencies that may arise due to delays &
unforeseen events on tour.
• Liaising with Operations staff in Zurich.
• First point of contact with Tour Directors when calling or visiting the office.
o Assisting TDs pre-tour with materials, documentation & communication relating to their
tours.
o Answering queries and questions from Tour Directors.
• Supporting the TD (Tour Director) Department team by assisting with other administrational
responsibilities.
• Supporting the team with recruitment, training and preparation for tours of new Tour Directors.

Requisitos

. Fluency in English and French

• Permission to work in France without restriction

• Minimum level(s) of study – bachelor's degree/Bac +3 Licence

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel

• Quick learner and a proven problem solver

• Highly sociable and energetic, positive and with sense of humour!

The Paris office looks after the recruitment, training, support and welfare of our Tour Directors based in
France and in Benelux. During an average ten-day tour, our Tour Directors remain with the group from
start to finish and run the logistics of the tour. There are other European regional offices in London,
Rome, Madrid, Berlin and Athens. The Paris office also works closely with our colleagues in the
Operations team based in Zurich.

The Educational Tours spring season runs from March to April & the summer peak from the beginning of
June until the end of July. Tours take place in France and all over Europe.
